Ida Jean (Collins) Totaro
Of Pittsburgh, died peacefully Monday, September 23, 2024 at the age of 77. She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Earl Jordan, son Michael Joseph (Amy) and daughter Wendy Lynn Totaro; stepchildren Earl Jordan Jr, Jodi Tariq (Hakim) Kareem Jordan; brother Glenn Collins (Joyce) and grandchildren Christina, Cullen, Angelina, Jawhara (Elliot), Tajah, Mojave, Kareem Jr, and Skye; as well as many nieces and nephews who she adored and of course her dog Wookie. She was "Mom" and "Grandma" to so many others who loved her. She was preceded in death by both parents Albert and Rose Collins; sisters Kay Pahel, Lois Powala and brother Albert Collins III.
Ida spent so many years taking care of others as a registered nurse. She fought for those patients who could not fight for themselves. She was compassionate, caring and made all of those around her a priority over herself.
