Charles D. “Chuck” McKelvey
Age 73, of Penn Hills, unexpectedly passed away at home, Thursday, March 19, 2026. Son of the late Joseph E. and Elizabeth M. McKelvey; brother of Joyce (Clifford) Mull and the late John McKelvey; uncle of David and Matthew McKelvey. Chuck graduated from Penn Hills High School and later from Penn State University with a degree in architectural engineering. He was a proud member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity while at Penn State and later was integral in establishing a chapter at the University of Maryland. He had a successful engineering career in Virginia and then in Pittsburgh with various firms. Chuck was a kind soul and will be sorely missed by family and friends.
