Age 80, of Swissvale, passed away peacefully Sunday, February 22, 2026. Beloved wife of the late Jeremiah “Jerry” O’Carroll; mother of Jerry (Shelly) O’Carroll, Colleen Kodman, Eileen (Phil) Macioce, Kerri (Steve) Marbach and Maureen (Kevin) Fallon; beloved “MiMi” to Adeline, Hannah, Andrew, Grace, Cece, Miah, Naos, Charlie, Tegan, Diarmid, and Finn; sister of Peggy (Bobby) Evans and the late Mary Exler and Nancy Bosack; also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
