Age 73, of Etna, passed away Wednesday, September 29, 2021 surrounded by his family. Son of the late George W. Cook, Jr. and Mary Cook; brother of Robert (Audrey) Cook; uncle of Cynthia (Bill) Gentile and Robert (Jenn) Cook; great-uncle of Robert, Conrad, Matthew, and Kyrie.
