Deborah Fischione House

Of Fredericksburg VA, formerly of Pittsburgh, passed away after a brief but courageous battle with brain cancer on December 10, 2014. She is the daughter of the late Anthony Sr. and Thelma Fischione. Debbie is survived by her loving husband David, his daughters Jennifer Ardilla, Stephanie Fischer and Jacqueline Reyes and their families who brought her much joy. She is also survived by her brother Anthony Jr., aunts Philomena Fischione, Helen Fischione, Delores Martinelli and uncles Eugene Fischione and Larry Oliver plus many cousins and
numerous friends.

After graduating from Penn State she had a successful Career in Washington D.C. primarily as the Director of Policy at the North American Securities Administrators Association. Debbie loved golf, her condo at Myrtle Beach, all Pittsburgh Sports teams, but most of all her family and friends. She will be missed.

David G. Walter

Age 77, of Penn Hills, on Sunday, November 30, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Helen Ann; father of David and Colleen Walter; grandfather of Dinila, David, Devon, Deanna, Alexa, Olivia, and Kevin.

A Memorial Mass will be held at Corpus Christi Church in Bonita, California on Monday, December 22, 2014. The Committal Service will be held Saturday, January 10, 2014 at 10:00am in
St. Mary’s Cemetery Chapel on Sharps Hill Road.

 

Shirley Connors (Adams)

On Saturday, November 22, 2014, Shirley Connors, 88 of Oakmont, formerly of Penn Hills, passed away peacefully after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Beloved wife of 58 years to Joseph Connors; mother of Barbara (Michael) Kurcina of Plum Borough and Daniel Connors of Penn Hills; grandmother of Joseph and Jeremy Kurcina; also survived by sisters-in-law Kathleen Schott and Bernadette Klepsky; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by brothers Clyde and William Adams; niece Colleen Adams and Nephew Dale Adams. The family would like to express their gratitude to Presbyterian Senior Care, Woodside Place and the Willows as well as family hospice. Age 59, of Penn Hills, on Tuesday, November 25, 2014. Beloved wife of Larry Lutz; mother of Jessica (Charles) Gerundo; grandmother of Dominic Gerundo; also survived by four brothers, two sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Our angel JP left this world on Friday, November 21, 2014. He was 28 years old. He left behind his mother Paula (Keith) Getz; father Jack (Pam) Balson; step siblings Ryan Getz, Alexis and Matthew Balson; grandparents Paul Karpiak the late Connie, and the late Nick and Tillie Balson. He adored his buddy Bandit, attended the Art Institute, Loved hockey, wrestling and movies. He leaves behind many relatives and friends that he loved very much.
