Of Penn Hills passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021. Beloved husband of Charlotte “Mitzi”; father of Brenda (Reid) Wolfe and Chester, III (Lori) Bulkoski; grandfather of Luke John and Carter Andrew Bulkoski.
Friends received at William F. Gross Funeral Home 11735 Frankstown Rd. (at Rodi Rd.), Penn Hills Sunday, August 15, 2021 from 2 – 4 p.m. and 6 – 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, August 16, 2021 at 10 a.m.
