Justin P. “Hobie” Hobrat

Age 28, of Penn Hills suddenly passed away Thursday, January 3, 2019. Beloved son of Robert and Gina (Amato) Hobrat; grandson of the late Samuel and Carole Amato and the late Thomas and Cornelia Hobrat; nephew of Lisa (Butch) Lang, Scott (Mary Jo) Miller, Peter (the late Jan) and Martin Germanowski, and the late Marsha (Surviving Spouse Bob) Streit; also survived by numerous cousins. Hobie will be dearly missed especially for his true heart. Justin will also be missed by his two dachshunds, Milo and Ottis. Service and Interment private. Arrangements by William F. James R. Piccolino

Age 43, of Plum, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, December 25, 2018. Beloved son of Sandy (Late Robert) Piccolino; brother of Suzanne (Joseph) Arndt and Lori (Shawn) Cleveland; also survived by seven nieces and nephews and two great-nieces. Service and Interment Private.

Henry C. Schneider

Age 94, born in Johnstown, long time resident of Penn Hills, Passed away Thursday, December 20, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Jean L.; father of Mark (Ann) Schneider, Christine (George) Dippold and Karen (John Sozansky) Schneider; grandfather of Jennifer (Brian) Jurges, Rebecca (Josh) Culpepper, Matthew (Leslie) and Alan Dippold, Michael Sozansky and Lara (John) Carpenter; great-grandfather of Jack Carpenter; brother of Peggy Eppley. “Hank” was a proud WWII veteran. He worked for multiple institutions as an engineer and eventually retired from Westinghouse. Henry loved gardening. He espicially loved growing and sharing his heirloom tomatoes.  He was a loyal family man and a dedicated, long-time member and volunteer of Zion Lutheran Church.

Mary Ann Wagner

Age 63, of Seymour, Indiana, formerly of Penn Hills passed away Sunday, December 16, 2018. Beloved daughter of Mary Margaret and the late James F. Wagner; sister of Jim, Mike (Sandy), Tom (the late Glenda), Dave (Michele) Bob (Karla), Susan and the late Gerard Wagner; aunt of Mike, Stephen, Amanda, Matthew, Madison, Logan, Lucas, Jordan and Courtney Wagner. Mary Ann was a Penn Hills Graduate. She worked for Gulf Research and Xerox Corporation. She was an accomplished dancer and dance instructor. Mary Ann moved to Seymour three years ago and was a volunteer educator of the foster grandparent program working at St. Ambrose Catholic School. She loved working with children and was in the process of forming dance classes at the school.
