Age 94, of Penn Hills, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 19, 2017. Beloved Husband of 44 years to the late Rita; father of Lawrence (Marsha) Weber, Carol (David) Carlsen, Thomas (Patricia) Weber, Janet (Bruce) Beliles and the late Ann Weber; grandfather of ten; great-grandfather of nine. Frank served in the US navy during WWII. He later went to work for Westinghouse Research for 47 years.
