James L. “Jimbo” Rieger, Jr.
Age 43, of Penn Hills, Passed away peacefully at home on Friday, July 8, 2016, after a long struggle with lung cancer. James is survived by his loving mother Mary Lou (Politano) Rieger; sister Raashauna Rieger; nephews Sebastian and Brandon Bartholomew; grandmother Joanne Politano; aunt Patty Jo and Derek Kelley; Cousins Cee Cee and Gloria; also survived by other aunts and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father James L. Rieger, Sr.; grandfather Charles Politano, Sr.; uncle Charles Politano, Jr.; and great-grandmother Ruth King Latta.
Friends received in William F. Gross Funeral Home, Ltd. 11735 Frankstown Rd. (at Rodi Rd.), Penn Hills, Monday from 2-4 and 6 until the time of the Blessing Service at 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations will be accepted for Bridges Hospice.

Age 70, passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2016. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Earl Hill; children, Ryan Hill and Erika McBride; also survived by 6 grandchildren; sisters, Rebecca Martz and Denise Scott, and brother, Kenneth Bame. A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 2, 2016 at 11 a.m. in Beulah Presbyterian Church, 2500 McGrady Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15235.

Eleanor Viola Duff (Kozuch)
Born July 22, 1925, Ellie passed away peacefully on Monday, June 20, 2016, in her home with her family and kitty, Daisy, near for comfort. She is the beloved mother of Sherry (Jeff) Conrad, Zoli Duff, and Cynthia Clemons. She is survived by her grandchildren: Jennifer (Will) DeSantis, Luke (Debbie) Duff, Douglas R. Duff, Will Duff, Cody Jones, Christopher and Rob (Erin) Conrad; also by her great-grandchildren: Willie, Bella, Max, Julianna, and Callie. "Big E" is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Eleanor was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Frances Kozuch; husband, Kenny Duff; and sons Jerry and Doug Duff. Eleanor was a loyal employee with JC Penney, retiring after 35 years. She loved her Polish heritage, polka music, dancing, crocheting, beach, travel and The Pittsburgh Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins. Her greatest joy in later life came from her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Family and friends will be received on Friday, June 24, 2016, from 3 - 8 p.m. at the William F. Gross Funeral Home at 11735 Frankstown Road, Penn Hills, PA. Funeral prayers will take place in the funeral home, Saturday at 9:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m., in St. Gerard Majella Catholic Church, 121 Dawn Drive, Verona, PA 15147. Interment will follow at Good Shepherd Cemetery in Monroeville.
