Pat J. Ferragonio

Age 77, of Plum, Formerly of Penn Hills, passed away at his home Friday, August 19, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Kathryn; father of Mary Ferragonio; brother of the late Frank and Louis, Jr. Ferragonio; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Pat will be sorely missed by all of his friends and family. He was a long time member of Our lady of Joy Church. Service and Interment Private. Susan C (Greer) Rizza

Age 60 of Monroeville, passed away peacefully to be with our lord after a struggle with cancer.  She was predeceased in death by her parents Mr & Mrs Thomas Greer and sister Rosemary.  She is survived by her companion Don (Skeeter) Castelli, son Jansen (Heather) Rizza, and step-daughter Randi (Austin) Wentling.  She will be greatly missed by her remaining brothers and sisters Kathleen (Leonard) Pintell, Tom (Mary Ann) Greer, Douglas (Cathy) Greer, Theresa (Don) Craig, Diane Greer, Ruth Ann (Frank) Henry, Eileen (Hershel) Chapman, Steve (Patti Davidson) Greer, and Maureen (Jack) Lemankiewicz. She graduated from Chatham College with a masters degree. She worked as an OT both here and across the states as a travelling OT. Her professional career ended at the Children's Institute where she leaves behind many friends. A special thanks to the staff at Canterbury Place Hospice Center and UPMC East.

Nancy R. Dewalt

Age 82, of Penn Hills, on August 9, 2016. Beloved Daughter of the late Archie and Ruth Rugh; mother of William, David and Amy Dewalt; sister of Martha Rugh and the late Archie Rugh; Aunt of Jodi Reimer and Lori Rose. She retired after 27 years as assistant to the Dean of the Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University. Nancy was a past president and long-time member of the Seed and Weed Garden Club of Penn Hills. She was a member of the East Suburban Friendship Circle and the Penn Hills Hebron Garden Club. In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorial donations to Penn Hills Library, 1037 Stotler Rd, Penn Hills, PA 15235.

Estelle Anne Natlis

Age 88, of Penn Hills, passed away Saturday, August 13, 2016. She was the loving mother of Linda Bannon, Mary Waldbaum and Margie (Tom) Churchel and the late Susan Natlis; grandmother of Tyler and Kayla Churchel; sister of Albert “Buddy” Albrecht; also survived by eight nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in WILLIAM F GROSS FUNERAL HOME, 11735 Frankstown Road (at Rodi Road), Penn Hills, PA  15235. Edward M. Adams

Age 57, of Penn Hills, on Monday, August 8, 2016. Beloved Son of Nelda and the late Edward Adams; brother of Lee Adams, Jody (Patrick) O’Connor and David (Maureen) Adams; uncle of Elyse Hacke, Brian Adams, Maureen Funkhouser, David O’Connor, Rachel, David and Ryan Adams and the Late Anthony Lujetic; loving companion of Zandy Dudiak. Ed was an outstanding athlete, All American High School Baseball player, 1977 WPIAL player of the year. He a Penn Hills Sports Hall of Fame inductee and played ball at the University of South Carolina. He was a sociology/psychology instructor and student support specialist for CCAC. Ed was also NSA PA State Director and PPMSSL Commissioner. He was a very loving, caring and compassionate man that will be sorely missed. Friends received in William F.
